This is an interactive workshop facilitated by Kensika Monshengwo from the Immigrant Council of Ireland, where participants will be invited to reflect on their own position in society and their role in the intergroup power dynamics.

The workshop is a safe and non-judgmental platform where attendees are welcomed to share their conclusions and ask questions.

• How to support victims or racism and discrimination;
