The Let’s Talk Climate Action Workshop

The Let’s Talk Climate Action Workshop will be held on Wednesday the 9th of September at 7:00pm via Google Meet.

The workshop aims to help communities better understand the need for climate action at a local level and build local climate knowledge in the community.

The workshop itself will be delivered in two parts over three hours.

🔹Part 1 – A presentation on climate action from Gavin Harte
🔹Part 2 – Breakout groups to discuss local climate actions relevant to their local communities

The workshop will be delivered by Gavin Harte. Gavin holds a master’s degree in sustainable development and his skill in delivering and communicating sustainability focused projects is well recognised.

Gavin has initiated many sustainability focused start-ups. He was a founder of the Cloughjordan eco-village and served as national director of An Taisce. Gavin now runs ESD Training, his consultancy in sustainable development for business, government and educational bodies.
