Join Kildare Sports Partnership for an activator session. The health benefits associated with the use of ACTIVATOR Poles are well documented and the reported benefits include improved balance, mobility and strength.
This Introductory session, delivered by Intercultural facilitator Kensika Monshengwo and hosted by Kildare PPN, will introduce participants to the concept of cultural identity; examine unconscious bias, reflect on experiences of prejudice, discrimination and exclusion and will highlight power and privilege between majority and minority groups. The Workshop will also assist participants gain an understanding of diversity and anti-racism vocabulary and concepts.
